In a news conference, he quote "At this stage, that’s all we can say," Although Abella refused to comment on Bautista's claim that allegations thrown at him by his own wife are not true, and were purely motivated by politics, Abella mentioned that the President will never tolerate corruption and will support possible impeachment if necessary. It was reported that Bautista already denied his wife's allegation, and claimed that he earned the money by practicing law.
